Recipe

If you notice the veggies sticking or burning, sprinkle a little water to save the day!

Step 1: Boil the Noodles

  1. Turn on the gas and place the bowl on it.
  2. Measure 900ml water for (or 9 cups of water from our measuring cup) and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the Noodles(1) to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Do not boil for less than 3 min or more than 4 min. Be precise.
  4. Turn off the gas, strain the noodles, and set them aside.

Step 2: Cook the Noodles

  1. Heat the Kadai for 30 seconds.
  2. Add Sesame Oil(2) and let it heat
  3. Toss in the Garlic(3) and sauté until it turns light brown. 
  4. Add the Veggie Mix(4) and sauté for 90 seconds on high flame
  5. Reduce the flame and cook until the veggies are crisp but not overcooked.
  6. Add Salt(s) and mix well.
  7. Add the boiled noodles to the Kadai
  8. Pour in the Sauce Mix(6) and toss everything together cook for 60 seconds.
  9. Sprinkle Sesame Seeds(7) over the noodles and mix gently.
  10. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
